Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients in various industries and initiate contact via emails, calls, and networking events.
- Build a robust sales pipeline by researching and targeting businesses in need of marketing services.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Proposal & Pitching:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to successfully close deals.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the agency’s service offerings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact to resolve client queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event & Exhibition Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute various advertising events, exhibitions, trade shows, and client presentations.
- Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, and transportation for events and exhibitions.
- Supervise the setup and breakdown of exhibition booths, ensuring everything is in place for the event.
- Oversee on-site event coordination, ensuring the event runs smoothly and addressing any last-minute issues.
- Client & Customer Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events and exhibitions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met before, during, and after events.
- Provide event updates and status reports to clients as required.
- Assist in negotiating and coordinating with clients for event planning and requirements.
- Operations Support:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth functioning of internal and external processes.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of internal team meetings and client calls.
- Track and manage budgets for events and exhibitions, ensuring costs are kept within the set limits.
- Ensure that all required documents and reports are prepared for clients.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event-related services (e.g., booth setup, audio-visual equipment, printing).
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality services.
- Maintain and manage relationships with event partners, exhibitors, and service providers.
- Data Mining & Collection:
- Collect and analyze data from past events, exhibitions, and customer feedback to improve future event planning and operational processes.
- Research and gather relevant market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain databases of client information, event statistics, and vendor performance for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain records of all event and exhibition activities, including budgets, contacts, and agreements.
- Prepare post-event reports and provide feedback to clients and internal teams on the success of the event.
